Do you project your strengths onto others? Your spouse will know, so ask your spouse. What does that look like?

Consider giving each other permission to point out minimizing and projecting in each other.

If you have been hurt by your spouse and his or her projection or minimization, take this opportunity to say so. Work patiently toward understanding.
